Welcome to Yoga with Judy Scribner in Medford, MA, offering yoga classes and workshops in the Greater Boston area, Yoga Retreats in the Caribbean and Western Massachusetts, and Private Yoga Instruction, tailored to individual needs. Having taught yoga since 1987, Judy currently offers classes in her West Medford location, as well as at Tufts University, the Wellesley Council on Aging, and the Medford Family Network (Yoga for Parents).

Small classes of between ten and twenty students ensure individual attention and accessibility for every level of experience. Men and women of all ages, novices and experienced practitioners, are welcome. Classes are reasonably priced, with senior and student discounts available. New students may join the West Medford classes at any time after the beginning of a term, on a drop-in basis, or with full-term tuition prorated. Judy teaches an eclectic style of hatha yoga and meditation informed by over thirty-five years of training and practice, and incorporating ideas from the Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini traditions. Her primary and most influential yoga teachers have been Barbara Benagh, John Schumacher, Angela Farmer, Victor VanKoten and Donna Farhi. She was a principal teacher at Mystic River Yoga for over twelve years, and has taught at Tufts University since 1997, the Wellesley Council on Aging since 1996, and the Medford Family Network since 1998.

Judy's current classes in Medford and Wellesley are readily accessible from Somerville, Arlington, Winchester, Melrose, Malden, Stoneham, Reading, Everett, Cambridge, Chelsea, Charlestown, Wellesley, Needham and Weston. Ample parking is available.
